Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email at hello@sevnuk.com or use the form below. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

We go further for unopened bottles: you can return these within 30 days of delivery.

If you have opened a bottle within the 14-day period, you can still cancel. We may reduce your refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than was needed to check it.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item, or proof that you sent it back. We use the same payment method you used to order.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending an item back, unless it is faulty or not as described.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply and we cover the return cost. You have at least 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Email hello@sevnuk.com and we will put it right.
